What ActaFeed provides
ActaFeed helps users discover and follow public legislative and government documents through structured facts, process tracking, AI-assisted explanations, and alerts. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and, if you use ActaFeed for an organisation, authority to bind that organisation. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or comply with law.
Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Before you pay
The applicable plan, billing period, price, currency, and any tax information are shown during checkout.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. ActaFeed does not receive or store your payment-card details.
Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew for successive billing periods unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
Cancellation
You can cancel from your ActaFeed account. Your access continues until the end of the paid period, unless required otherwise by law.
Statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to digital services, are not limited by these Terms. If you have a billing issue, contact us before initiating a charge dispute so we can try to help.
Acceptable use
Use ActaFeed lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or features you are not authorised to use;
- circumvent subscription, rate-limit, authentication, or security controls;
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the service in a way that burdens or interferes with it;
- upload malicious material, introduce harmful code, or use the service to facilitate unlawful activity;
- misrepresent ActaFeed output as official government text, legal advice, or a guarantee of legal status.
Important information about ActaFeed
ActaFeed is an informational service, not professional advice.
Its summaries, scores, visualisations, and process indicators may use automated systems and can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice. Always verify a document's authoritative language, status, and effective date through the official source before relying on it.
ActaFeed aims to distinguish source-derived facts from AI-generated interpretation, but the official source remains authoritative. We do not endorse, advocate for, or guarantee the outcome, completeness, or suitability of any legislative information.
Availability, intellectual property, and legal terms
We may update, maintain, or change ActaFeed as the product evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You retain rights in content you lawfully submit; you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it to operate the service.
ActaFeed, its interface, software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant a right to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ActaFeed is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to any mandatory protections available in your country of residence.
Contact and changes
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The current version will always be available here with its revision date. If a material change requires notice under applicable law, we will provide it in an appropriate way.
