Technical and security data
IP-related logs, device/browser information, timestamps, and diagnostic information used to protect accounts and investigate failures.
If you submit content through an administrator import tool, the submitted material and related metadata may be stored to operate that feature. Please do not upload personal data unless it is necessary and you have a lawful basis to do so.

Retention, security, and cookies
We retain personal data for as long as needed to operate your account and meet legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution requirements. When an account is deleted, we remove or anonymise data where feasible, while retaining limited records when necessary for these purposes.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access.
ActaFeed uses essential technologies for sign-in, account security, and service operation. Analytics technologies may also be used to understand aggregate usage. You can control many non-essential technologies through browser settings and any consent choices presented to you.
Your privacy rights
